Help with replacing center Bezel

I just bought a new center bezel to replace my out worn out one and I can get the scews out but I do not know who to pop out the power window switches and ac/heater controls. how can i take out those componets without damaging them?

they all have a similar look to them from 1968 to 1982 but there were many changes. Like the center console from 78-82 is plastic and the simply screw in from underneath.

so..

what year?
