Had a C3 experience today.Drove my Marine Corps son's 71 vert from New Bern NC to Merritt Island Fl. My first experience with a steel bumper. Not the softest ride in the world but at 68 MPH the old girl really wakes up. Son is being reassigned to Orlando so I expect to pick up a few maintenance chores. He can fly a helicopter but not much for pulling wrenches.
I should have said I am a C4 kinda guy. Must be tired.

for your son. Did he learn to fly at Whiting Field?Drove my '70 home from VA last year when I bought it, 980 miles. Not as comfortable as my C6 but more fun to drive.
