There's a dude around here that tows a small jet-boat that is color-matched to his Corvette. As I recall they are both candy-apple red with gold flake. If I see him I'll snap a cell phone pic.
And of course there are guys that hitch up a little trailed with their racing slicks, that's approved and
Was that photo taken in Key West? My son snapped the pic below last year while vacationing there. There can't be 2 of these can there?

Actually, I took the pictures and posted them in off topic. And yes, I took them in Key West on Monday. I saw him coming up in my rear view and couldn't believe what I was seeing.
The really funny part about the car is that it has a bra on the front. Wouldn't want bugs messing up the paint. I wasn't able to pass him so I couldn't get that shot.
I'm surprised there aren't three guys in the car. Here in CA every gardening truck has either three or six guys in it depending on whether its a standard or crew cab. Occasionally you see a standard cab with four guys sitting shoulder to shoulder. I think the partially torn off sign with the double sided tape left on the car is a particularly nice touch. How come the car had Florida plates on it last year and now has Michigan plates? Clearly this guy has been in Florida. Is there some monetary advantage to running Michigan plates?
Years ago my son was playing all star little league baseball and we were at the home field of a verrrry upscale league. They were dragging the infield before the game with a classic Mercedes SL. I was surprised they didn't have quiche on the snack bar menu.

His name's Brock. He also has a blue 67 (i think) convertible all done up with VBP suspension and a nice crate big block. Nice guy, just don't approach him if you don't have an hour to throw away talking about his cars.

Slideshow: A Jaguar designer's personal project imagines what a modern front-engined Corvette might look like if Chevrolet revisited the golden age of the Stingray.
