Default C3 Brakes

Firstly thanks to all involved for all the help with all my previous threads.
I bought an 80 vette thinking like the boats and sundry hobbies I previously had I would be over it within a year or so but unlike all before, the Vet still stirs the soul everytime I set eyes on it...... and driving it.....well.....for an avergae guy......it's nice to be envied for your choice of past time.
I have lots of clumbsy questions, I am a novice.
Here is another one.
I have had all the brakes overhauled from re sleeving the calipers to replacing pads and master cylinder and now booster.
The booster was done last and I actually had good pedal pressure with little travel. Over the past 4 months the pressure has settled and I now have long travel and a feeling the pedal is just about on the floor before I stop.
Is this normal for an 80 C3?

Try bleeding them, air in the system is a common problem.

Did you touch your rotors during the overhaul?

No, it's not normal. I agree about bleeding the system of any trapped air.

Yes the rotors were changed, the brakes are original and the hoses are most likely original.

Did you read up on the evils of changing rotors and inducing all sorts of problems (like low brake pedal) due to run out?

Change all 4 hoses as when they get old they can collapse internally & not release the brake & bleed.
