Hi IR,
Does "Runs and Drives" mean....
You MIGHT be able to get it on the trailer with out having to drag it on with the winch.
A little more information and a lot of pictures would sure help.
Regards,
Alan
I think it's an L-88, I would offer 250K for it and see if you get lucky.
well, it does have a 427, heater delete, and off road exhaust with a funny shaped hood. the guys last name was duntav or something like that................just kidding of course
Do YOU know its matching numbers or is this another one of those "take their word for it" deals?
Would that be a 300hp base motor or 427/435?
Colors correct? Body? Frame? Anything?
Yeah, I'd guess somewhere between $3500- $50,000.
frame and cage are good. no hit body. one repaint. documented matching number, no hartop, 4spd, triple black. 300hp car. would be buying it form the second owner, who has had it about two weeks. mostly general maintenance. not 100% original, but a good start. very driveable. i am going to try and test drive it properly this week.

He has had it for all of two weeks? Kind of sounds like he bought it and then found something that scared him into unloading it right away. I'd definitely check it out very carefully, and take along an experienced set of eyes.

he is a chrysler fanatic. just bought it cause he thought it was worth the money. but, he priced it to a mutual friend who knew i like vettes. he said i could come drive it. his real intentions are to get me to restore a charger for him. you gotta watch those chrysler guys!
