It works but looks cheesy
fortunately you hace to slide under the rear end to behold its cheesyness. I ran the dynomax superturbo kit (which looks identical) for many years, i still run super turbos on teh car, just custom fitted now.

If you do a search you will find there are quite a few people using the DynoMax Super Turbos and are really happy with them.
My experience with Mid America mufflers/exhaust pieces is that they are very cheap and once they even sent me two of the same side for a C5. Impossible to install one of them.
I had them on my '72 big block but they weren't loud enough for me. Plenty loud when you get on it but pretty tame when cruising or idling.
