Hi guys. This weekend was a blast for my 8 year old son and I at Carlisle. We camped for the weekend at "Western Village" and hit the show saturday and today all day (even ate lunch in the rain). Anyway, I got all kinds of parts for the exterior as my '77 will be returning to me in the next two weeks from paint (its going from raw glass to SCG). The one thing I forgot to ask before we left for the weekend is for pictures of your radiators. I know how the radiator sits in the engine bay, but I'm not sure how it actually mounts there so that it doesnt move when in motion. I know, your saing, "Why didn't he look at some c-3's at the show?"....well, I forgot there too! Carlisle can be a little overwhelming! Anyway, now that I'm home, I remembered what I needed so if you could post some pictures for me here I'll jump online and order what I need. Thansk, Neal
The radiator is just held in place by the 2 top brackets. There are 2 rubber retainers on the bottom of the core support, once the radiator is in those the 2 top brackets with their rubber retainers hold it in place, easy.
Hi Neal,
I'll bet the 77 AIM (ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION MANUAL) has ALL the information you'll need for your radiator installation and help on other questions that come up while you're enjoying your car.
MUST SEE pictures of the new paint and the big smile on your 8 year old's face.
Regards,
Alan

Good point. Just picked one up @ Carlisle this weekend. I see it now. Thanks. I just got back from the body shop. I'll post a thread about what I saw in a bit. -Neal
