I can see where it was going concept wise.. not a bad idea actually for a different take on customizing a C3

It's probably better as a donor at this point though without any papers

Toughen up, the OP was asking if this obvious parts car was worth restoring. It's highly relevant that it is a '75. The 75-77 are the least valuable C3s in the marketplace. It is not worth restoring this car.

I'm not ******* 'em, they are still C3s, and some people have created or saved WONDERFUL examples...but not this one.

Believe me. If you are going to restore a car, your going to want one that will be worth the most. I am only 17 and I thought too that I could never get a crome bumper but I keeped looking for a project car below 72 and found a 68 project convertible for $2,500. Alot of parts that wear down like bushings and what not are the same for most C3 so the price will be close to the same to restore a 75 or 68. Don't cut yourself short unless your are making a drag car or perfer the 5mph bumpers. You have your driver just wait until the perfect crome bumper project comes along.

Parts car, but plenty of good parts. Front clip, headlights, doors, frame, front suspension, rear suspension, glass, engine and trans, trans crossmember. Throw the rest away.
