I have changed just about everything on my vette. But while at Carlisle, the driver side door lock stopped working with the key. I haven't fixed it yet. So far I have had a good driving season.

How far up north are you? The best part of the season starts now around here.
im in scranton pa. still got a little time left. main problem is it rains almost every weekend. there were more cruises canceled this year than were actually held. seems like were going to have a nasty winter.
Only necessary repair was replacing the heater core last week.
Fixed my floppy outside mirrors early in the year.
Vette has been running very well, knock on wood!
There's tons of stuff I need to do, but they don't keep it from being driven at this point.
I had a couple of stupid problems. I rebuilt the power steering control valve and it leaked. One of the seals got crushed during assembly. Rebuilt it again and couldn't remember where one washer went - not shown on blowups. Leaked even worse. Remembered where washer went and re-assembled a 3rd time - no leaks.
Second problem was a coil wire that wasn't needed for the LS1 swap. I tucked it behind the wiper motor. There was smoke coming from the wiper motor area intermittently when I ran the engine. Sure enough the wire has +12V on it when the ingition is on and the connector was touching the wiper motor housing sometimes. Taped up the wire connector so smoking should stop.
I'm sure there are many more things that are going to pop up. I haven't had the car on the road yet this year.
Stuck thermostat
New exhaust from the engine back
Exciter wire to the alternator (one wired the system and it works great now.)
Broken alternator mounting bracket
All of this was in the spring after I dug it out of storage. Once it was on the road, the only thing I had to do to it was put gas in it.
