You've asked so many different questions about both building and buying a car it's quite difficult to give you serious, helpful replies.
You've asked about buying a chassis, drive-train, and body, which means you'd be building a car. Do you realize how much money, time and ability that takes?
Try to slow down, do some thinking, and then explain what you're plans are.
