13-1 compression and a spool , not very street friendly.

Agreed.
Certainly not on any regular basis. Just finding enough octane to keep the detonation inside the combustion chamber would be enough of a challenge, much less negotiating any corners with a spool.
Seen combos like that "back-in-the-day" but not lately...

I don't know the car right off from the add, but it's from New Carlisle, so it's very close to me. I'll bet I know the seller and possibly the car if I saw it. If anyone wants me to look at it for them, let me know. Jason
