I think the gist of this is Copperhead was selling a/c units on ebay for a good price. He charged a unit to his credit card and got stiffed. They told him to contact their attorney representing them in the bankruptcy. He contacted his credit card company and was able to rescind the transaction.

To the OP, hate to see ya go away mad, but to be honest your post realy was about as clear as mud. I read it before anybody replied and I had no idea what you were saying. After looking to see what country you were from, I read it a 3rd time and kinda sorta had a guess for some of it.. dont take blunt and maybe a little rude for being too mean spirited. I realy dont think they were meant that way at all. Thanks again for the warning about your problem with a vendor. If the funds were available for your credit card company to take back from the vendor I would think you would be ok. But I wonder what they do if the vendor does not have any funds in thier account to charge back to? Anyways, Good luck!

...to a degree,See this is a great example, the fellow is trying to warn people of a bad deal with Copperhead, and I believe most people poking at him knew this or am I over guessing the common sense of forum members?
None of use have any clue why his post came off babbling in type,
Tone gets lost in type, some replies were fun poking some was snide and nasty and it doesn't matter one obese rodents rectum what you or I think the intention of the comment is all that matters is how Darrow takes it, he wasn't greeted too friendly now was he?
