I need help decoding this engine. What does this tell you?

Engine ID: T1026HV
Casting# 3932388
I have been trying to figure out what car this engine originally belong to, but haven't been able to figure it out. Can anybody help? Thank you in advance

That's what I got from the block. I've been able to find information on the casting number, but I haven't gotten any information on how to find out what car the engine originally came out of. I looked on the mortec sight, but all I found was the casting information.

I doubled checked all of those numbers and they are correct. I tried getting the block date and got, J 23 8, I think, I tried cleaning it and this is what I was able to get. The engine is in my 78 Camaro and the alternator is in the way, so I can't take a picture of the front pad.
