Default Engine casting

I need help decoding this engine. What does this tell you?

Partial VIN: 19R021746
Engine ID: T1026HV
Casting# 3932388

I have been trying to figure out what car this engine originally belong to, but haven't been able to figure it out. Can anybody help? Thank you in advance.

That casting number does not compute with a Tonawanda manufactured engine and an HV suffix. Somethings wrong.

That's what I got from the block. I've been able to find information on the casting number, but I haven't gotten any information on how to find out what car the engine originally came out of. I looked on the mortec sight, but all I found was the casting information.

I found the HV listing too, but 1) the engine in question was built in Tonawanda, so it's not Corvette and 2) the casting number was one year only, 1969.

Maybe a pic of the stamp pad would help.

My small block guide shows the HV as a '69 350/255hp Pontiac engine. Tonawanda built small blocks, but not for Corvettes.

I doubled checked all of those numbers and they are correct. I tried getting the block date and got, J 23 8, I think, I tried cleaning it and this is what I was able to get. The engine is in my 78 Camaro and the alternator is in the way, so I can't take a picture of the front pad.

I guess the Pontiac guess from Easy Mike is the best you'll get.
