Willcox (supporting vendor) has a CD-ROM version that is searchable and has zoom capability I believe. I would have bought their AIM if it was available when I was looking for one.
I don't know which is the best vendor but I have several AIMS and some are nothing more than a photocopy from a photocopy so good luck trying to read some of the pages.
Also, some come with an Index and others do not have the index so if you are looking for something specific it makes it a bit harder.
One of the ones I have that is very clear and easy to read is from Mid America but I bought it many years ago and cannot speak to what they are selling today as I just don't know.
If you choose a certain vendor, call and ask them.
Eventually all of them are copies of GM's Assembly Manual just that some are better copies than others and it stinks when you need a page and can't read it because it is blurred or to light to read.

68 Coupe
My car came with a Mid-America AIM, dated 1976 (for a '68). It has been invaluable, since I bought mine mostly disassembled. It includes an index, but sometimes finding a certain page can be frustrating- things are not where you would expect them to be.
Thanks guys, I know early on stuff might be better. I felt a difference of opinion would better than my guessing. Just have a few questions I hope a good AIM would help answer. Maybe there is a good describtion of seat cover install.

Mid America had the best price when I bought mine, and yes, there's a good description of the seat cover install, as well as here on the forum. Do a search.

Willcox has some instructional downloads that may have what you need. Send Willcox a PM and see if they can help. The AIM shows the covers going onto the seat frame and what components are used...but it doesn't show the detail of installation order, etc.
You'll love the CD version! Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader too!
Tomorrow we are tearing apart an original seat to document the position and size of the wires, clips and wire ties. I've not decided if we will do this in a video or if we'll just take pictures and compile it in a PDF.
Pics and PDF files I know well. Video's... I'm green in this area and it might take more time to do. Might do both too!
One thing is for sure, when I'm done... You guys will know exactly where to ring, and where to place the wires. I don't know how long before I can have his up, but it shouldn't be a real long time.
I'm leaning toward doing a video of the wiper motor diagnostics. Even though we put the pages together with testing, schematics and things to check. I still get about 10 emails a week on problems with the wiper systems. I really not sure why, there is enough info in the pages from our site to diagnose just about any problem you could have. The same holds true with the fuel gauge test page! Not sure there is a solution, but I'll cross that bridge when we get there.
