Default Putting in new clock
I just got my new clock today for a 1980, I took out the four screws on the face piece. Are there any screws behide the side carpets that also hold on the face piece? Because it's still really tight.

Yes, 2 under console.

With the screws out & the radio undone, it's possible to lift the bottom of the bezel up over console then let the top drop to clear the console light at top of bezel & out it comes. Some take the console top off.
