Default Unusual Response (?)

I probably shouldn't relate this story, but I'm sure you guys could use a good laugh.

This last weekend my wife and I were in our '74 coupe waiting at a red light while traffic was turning left in front of us. As this one guy was turning he blew us a kiss through his open window. We don't know him; have never seen him before. I'm hoping it was directed at the car because the other two options are slightly disturbing.

Anyone else get unusual responses like this? I like to get the wave or thumbs up, and I will definitely take the blown kiss from a woman (fat chance) but we had to scratch our heads and laugh at this one.

Well since your location is unknown, it is hard to say what the intensions were. If you were in San Francisco, I would worry!

Paradise, about two hours north of you. Yeah, if it was San Francisco, I would of just shrugged it off.

I would find even that disturbing. I remember watching a show on BBC last year about people who love their cars on a totally different dimension than we do. I forgot the term that they used for such people.

Well, I've gotten the wave, a thumbs up, and even people that only wave one finger at me. (I figure they're too lazy to wave all of them)

.........yeah, never been blown a kiss before.

I was driving through a development not far from my home one Sunday morning and some guy is sitting on his porch enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. I stopped at a stop sign in front of his house and I hear, "THAT'S AN AWESOME F&*KING CAR!!!"

I tipped my hat and gave him a nod.

That's true, when a guy was discharged from the military for being that way, they were processed at the San Fransisco base. (Not that there's anything wrong with that) to quote Seinfeld.
