Default Interior color help

I decided on a set of Corbeau A4 seats for the car. The only trouble is they dont come in Grey unless i pay an extra $240.00 pr seat. So its black only. I have Oyster Interior, but have to replace the entire carpet set. Should i buy black carpet and dye the rest of the interior black, or do you think Black seats would look ok with Oyster interior?

Or what would you leave oyster and what would you change to black. My dash and door panels are in great shape by the way.

Black goes w/ any color & black seats go well w/ the black console. If you get the aftermarket center armrest get it in black.
The interior should not be half & half so the original carpet color should be best w/ black seats.

The 77 has black door insets & I have thought about changing the seat insets to black since the 70s.

PS A model can help some visualize it.

Are they leather or vinyl? If vinyl, and you want to keep the oyster interior, just shoot the new seats with oyster SEM 'Color Coat' vinyl dye. If they are leather, you could do the same thing...but I probably would not.

J.C. Whitney has those seats in grey with black sides & headrests for $320 each. Another option is to go with more modern 80's/90's Corvette seats and just re-color them.
