headlights/vacuum/gremlins

passenger side headlight would not pop up...has new hoses. i replaced the actuator and relay on passenger side now it comes up slowly 45 to 90 seconds after lights turned on.switched the big hoses from the air tank to see if the problem switched to the driver side,but it didn't. the driver side always pops up fast.any suggestions. i have not messed with the smaller control hoses reasoning that if they work for the driver side they are ok since they are connected to passenger side with a T. 1970 convertible thanks

Pinch off the center hose on the drivers side relay and see if that makes the pass side work better. If not pinch off the yellow supply to the wiper door relay and see if that helps.

thanks ROGER, tried that this week end..no change..since last week end it seems to take even longer to come up. any more ideas from anyone. dont know if it matters but my wipers have never worked.not worried about the wipers for now..matt
