Default Thanks to all!!!

i just wanted to say thank you for all the help y'all (a little southern lingo there) have given me in the last 8 months.
i've been "lurking" around here getting great info to "de-bubba-ize" my 80 L-48 i picked up this past march. many times, as i drank my morning coffee, a post would be front and center discussing my "project for the day"- that sometimes turned into a project for the month...
thanks again!!!

why does this 80 vette have a 160 mile speedo? passing it off as 31,xxx actual miles?
left side birdcage rust at the kick panel.
right side rear bearings. i could go on...

My car was stock, and i discovered took a shot to the right nose at one time. Nothing serious, and i was able to live with it for now lol.

Your story is not uncommon...but the problems you've found are not insurmountable. And, you are learning about your car every step of the way. Consider the "road bumps" as initiation hazing toward becoming a C3 'regular'. Enjoy the ride!
