No. I like to keep my flame thrower in the luggage area out of sight, unitl needed. You should see the look on the faces of the teenagers when they park too close to my car....

My brother-in-law used an lp tank and piezo ignitors for his flame throwers on a Batmobile he made for Halloween last year. He even got pulled over by the cops. They let him go because it was so damn cool. I wish I had pix.

When I was a teenager a buddy had sidepipes and he would turn off his key goin down the road and coast then turn the key back on and they would explode like a shotgun and blow fireballs out the sides.. sure made the sidewalk pedestrians jump!

You need a pair of ignition coils, 2 spark plugs, 2 spark plug wires with plug ends on one side, and that fit the ignition coil on the other, a sending unit, six wire two position switch or relay(s), and the ability to wire it up correctly.
The sending units can be found online, I used Hotrod's Superflames kit but others will work as well. The system interrupts temporarily the power to the engine's ignition coil resulting in a loss of combustion much like turning off the key. The un-burnt air fuel mix travels out the cylinder to the exhaust system. At the same time the coil power is cut, the sending unit gives the two flame thrower coils a signal for spark. This spark ignites the air fuel charge at the tail pipe and you get flames! One should mount the spark plugs at the rear six to twelve inches from the end of the exhaust system for best performance.
To operate the system, with the engine running rev it up then hit the switch. You have to keep the skinny pedal FLOORED after hiting the flame switch. The engine will rev back down on its own, just move the switch back to the off position before the engine dies completely. It's a lot of fun in my truck with the converter locked up

Is this option listed right above the 'Dixie Horn' option.

side pipe flamethrowers
It will look real "Cool" when the back part of the car is melting won't it? Besides that, I thought it was supposed to be a sports car.

I'll back you up buddy, I admit I've thought of it before. It would be neat to see, obvioiusly not on some classicly restored car, but on someone's creative project, shoot yea! Nice job on the truck, been considering doing that on my Bronco.
