Thanks to those who helped me in my search!!!! You guys may remember my documented 71 convertible I sold in early spring.
Well here's her replacement. It arrived around 2:30 est today. She's now in her rightful place down in the man cave. Cloudy day so pic's aren't the best. Thanks again. BTW the 39 chevy is gone also, 68 impala beach wagon is her replacement.
Very nice!! Now fill us in with all the specs & details, and more pics of the interior. Did it come with any documentation?
It looks like an L-46!
Best of luck with it!
Glenn
Here's a strange question for ya, is that wagon set up for drag racing?
I'm asking because I know there was a wagon that looked like that for sale not too long ago that had fat slicks under the back w/ wheelie bars.
Saw your new car at Carlisle this year - absolutely beautiful! It was my dream C3 color/drivetrain combination except for the luggage rack, but that's my own personal hangup.
L46 4speed PS/PB The tank sticker is the only doc's on this one. Going to drop the tank in a couple of weeks to retrieve.
Don't have alot of pictures yet. Here's one of the interior and another outside shot.
No it's a 63k miles wagon. Do have the window sticker, order form and protecto- o-plate on it though.
Nice options and interior. Looks like a late vin based on the vent **** *****. I think early 69's had rectangular *****. I'm with you on the luggage rack.

BTW nice wagon as well. I had a 69 Impala vert, power everything, bucket seats w/console & horse shoe auto shifter. What a boat but lots of fun!
thats 1 beautiful 69. i would love to have another vert, sold mine long ago but dont want to pay out the -ss for another BB like my 72 coupe . what can i expect to pay for something in this shape with a small block? love your mancave. looks nicer than many houses.
Hi B,
I remember looking at your car at Carlisle too!
It looks VERY nice sitting in your driveway. Good luck with it and I hope you get a lot of pleasure from owning it.
Regards,
Alan
PS: Why did the 71 go to a new home? It looks like it was a nice one too?
Why did the 71 go to a new home? It looks like it was a nice one too?
It was, very nice but after 13+ years of owning it just wanted a 4speed and had always loved the lemans blue. Couldn't afford to keep them all.
Just curious did the 69 come with a correct jack ?
Good question. The jack and tools are there but not sure about the correct dated one. Thats on my long todo checklist if I can get a few days off. Hopefully this weekend!

Great looking ride. I love the blue on blue combo in the 69. My buddy has a BB in that combo. To me those colors are just sweet. Congrats on the new toy.
