Lighter/courtesy light/clock circuit question

Lighter/courtesy light/clock circuit question
I know this is the subject of many electrical frustrations, but I may have a slightly different problem...
I have a 72 and none of the items on this circuit works. I figured the fuse must be out or there is a short that would blow the fuse. So, today, I checked it out and found that the fuse was intact. I figured I might as well make sure, so I replaced it anyway. Nothing happened. It did not short out nor did it fix the courtesy light, lighter, or clock.
Any ideas? Is this a problem with the fuse block?

Cruise-In II Veteran
Lighter -- check power lead; check console trim plate ground
Clock -- could be dirty; original movement might be burned out. I ran a separate ground to my original clock and it runs like a charm.
Courtesy Lights -- check door jamb switches.
