You cannot disassemble the hardware from the webbing without cutting the stitching. Just stick the metal parts (and as little webbing as possible) into a tub of CLR to get the corrosion off; then buff/polish the metal up and wax it to protect further. You will need to clean/rinse the seat belt webbing when you get done and if you need to re-color them, get some SEM "Color Coat" dye to match your GM interior color code and a Preval gas cannister/bottle sprayer.

Lithuania... WOW.. [Nice car, by the way.]

If you have difficulty finding SEM 'Color Coat' over your way, just be aware that you do not want to use "spray paint" to recolor plastics (nylon seat belt webbing is 'plastic'). You want to use 'vinyl dye' which is in the 'paint' family, but a distant cousin in the way it appears and behaves. It bonds to the [plastic/polymer] surface instead of laying a coating on top of it. It is very thin {watery}, has very dense pigment {you can re-color over any other color}, and does not chip or peel off the surface. It is flexible, as well, so it is good for things like belt webbing. Contact a professional auto paint supplier...stores that supply paint to auto body shops...and they can locate what you need. Most can mix it to match a part you bring in or to the GM interior color code on the data plate [left door jamb]. Good luck!

They sell something in spray cans for "interior re-coloring", but I don't know whether it is dye or paint. Surely there are auto paint supply stores in Europe; just call one of them and ask them if they sell dye for re-coloring interior pieces. They can probably mix it to match a piece of your interior if you bring it in (kickpanel?).
