$17,000 seems a bit high. Regardless of the restoration IMO. If you don't know the mileage for sure (that's not the original Spedo BTW) and it is 119K.... then it's a bit overpriced.
But no doubt, that is a good looking car.
I was in the same boat as you. Trust me: C3 is the way to go. I take my C3 to my local club (dominated by C5 and C6 cars) and the C3 gets a lot of looks at local car shows. You just don't see many anymore and EVERYBODY looks at them. Nothing like stopping at a traffic light and having somebody in the car next to you roll down the window and say "Wow! Nice car!"
