Some think Mako Shark II for C3 was the only one & commonly leave off II.

C2- Mako Shark I
C3- Mako Shark II
II had a fastback & was restyled for the 69 auto show w/ back similar to 74-77 & renamed the Manta Ray. Notice that was done after C3 came out.
