I'm in the Blizzard Warning area of Mass. Expecting 15+" of snow overnight. The Vette is in the garage so the only danger to it is from me working on it.

Stay away from the wrenchs....
If it an't broke don't fix it. that's how frame offs get started.

You probably didn't see my project posts. I'm almost finished with a 3-year frame-off/LS1/T56 rebuild and I'm STILL breaking stuff. Yesterday I was trying to grind the bracket for the ECU to alleviate a pinched hose in the vacuum system and I slipped and broke off one of the hose connectors on the relay valve in the fender. Like we say in the computer business - 90% of the work gets done in 90% of the time and the remaining 10% of the work gets done in the other 90% of the time.
I am going to estimate we have 24" + and its still coming down, but I do believe it is starting to wrap up and end.... with not much more accumulation. I have a small snow blower, but I live in a court where all my neighbors are elderly. So, after four driveway's, and sidewalks...it doesn't even look like I did anything at all. At one point it was coming down at over 2" per hour. What a work out...the cramps in my legs are scarry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I started at 11:00 A.M. and just now finished at 9:00P.M.........Oh well, I'll get up tomorrow, and do it all over again.
The wind has increased greatly and the drifting snow isn't worth the fight now... I can hear alot of snapping branches in the distance...I'll start again in the A.M.....that's if..... I can get out of bed.

we have about 4" here in babylon, long island ,the weatherman was threatining about a foot but it doesn;t look like that is going to happen,i guess i will shovel the house in the morning then drive to my shop and plow it out
I'm scraping 37 year old lacquer off my 73 Coupe 1 square inch at a time with a razor blade. My hands are all cramped up. At least I have a heated shop!
I'm working on my 73 Corvette this winter.... This is what I was doing at this time last year:
I feel for you guys getting pounded with snow.I've lived in the Buffalo ,NY area my whole life and figure it's just weird freak of nature that we are not getting it too. Good luck and be careful driving.
Pretty much stopped but well over 2 feet and some good drifts. WHere I took the snow blower last night you can't even see it. No sign of a plow here. Problem is we are not used to this kind of snow. Not enough equipment and they do not know how or where to plow. It will take all day and most of tonight before they are close to being done.

man we really miss Jersey......we have decide to retire back at the shore. we use to walk down to the ocean and look at the snow drifts.....let me see if can find one of the good pictures
Hope this doesnt happen before the Winter Classic at Fenway.
If it does they'll just hire a couple hundred people to shovel the place out. They do the same thing at Gillette Stadium if it snows before a Patriots game.
We got close to 2 feet of snow in SE Mass. today but luckily it was very light powder. Easy to clean up with the snow blower and there weren't any trees down or power outages in my neighborhood.
