They don't. there's no guide holes in them. you can attatch a belt guide to the upper side, i saw a write up of that being done to some C5 seats once. I just put the belt on my shoulder, and the retactors keep it in place.

If you are planning on using Mr. Mikes for the fiero covers, he offers the seat belt holes sewn into the covers. On his web site he list 2 slots for 4 point harness, but will put only one if you want. He also has the instructions for prepping the frame. Putting in the original belts will take some creativity. I used the Camaro rear seat belt in my 69.

What year Camaro belts did you use, I seem to remember there are some different seat tracks you have to make to is that right
The late 90's model Camaro rear seat belts are what you want. They are dark grey from the camaro but I think they can be had in black from the same years of Firebirds. I just changed out my webbing to black. ( I used to have an Upholstery business)
I did major re-work on the Fiero tracks to make them fit, but there is a much easier solution posted here using some flat steel and includes the measurements for the holes. If you do a search you should find it.
