Default Hood Issues
Hi folks
I have a question about hoods. Will an L88 hood off of a 74 fit onto a 76?

yes as far as I know there are two L-88 hoods - a long (no wiper door) and a short ('68-'72 with wiper door)

True, but the long style hood has 2 different latch systems. 1973-1976 and 1977-1982. There should be no problem with a 74 hood bolting up to a 76. Just make sure both have the same latching sytem. It should be the male/female style.
