Wanted to drop line and share the new project.

1972 350/200 hp/Auto/engine matches vin/from denver stored since 1994/last reg 1994/craigslist trailered to albuquerque

Issues resolved using forum:
Rust in tank- took to radiator shop and had cleaned 75.00/new sending unit/rubber hoses/rebuilt carb(choke linkage not connected to flap)/cleaned up and rust proofed metal in tank area/NO BUILD SHEET TO BE FOUND

Brake calipers leaked- replace all, you fix one and the other starts leaking

Shocks were shot- added Monroe shocks

Tires- All out of balance/1 bent rim(found used one for 30.00)/20-25 lbs. air in tires

Changed all fluids-gm additive works great on rearend

Trans mount broken

3 fuses blown

Interior-padding turns to dust but covers ok/added seat covers/missing radio **** orig radio/dvr door does not open

THANKS FOR ALL THE GEAT THREADS

Nice looking 72!
Those gas tank parts look pretty rusty.
Eastwoods has some products for rust and prevention to help with some of that.
