Has anyone used bushings from this company? When I bought my car it had poly bushings from them, but that packages had been opened and I am now sure what goes where. I also am not real sure about how the trailing arm bushing goes together. Looks like the regular 2 rubber pieces with a sleave in the middle, but the washers have a lip that fits into the sleave. Not real sure how you are supposed to finish the job so it all stays together. I would be interested in hearing from someone that has used them.

Yes, I have the full ES kit. Each bushing should have a number stamped in it indentifying its purpose. I can take some pics of the instructions and invoice if you'd like.

The TA bushing won't stay together on its own. Once you get it mounted and tap the shims in, that pressure will seat those washers into the sleeve.

I'd appreciate it if you could post the stamped numbers and corresponding purpose.

Here's most of the pages. I left out the stupid instructional ones that could be summarized with, "Jam this into the hole". Most guys don't have trouble with those.

OK, as I look at the document and the parts I have a question. The picture of the trailing arm bushing looks like the washer has a shoulder on it that goes into the sleeve. But the washer with the shoulder will not fit into the sleeve that fits in the 3044 rubber. That washer does fit in the sleeve for the strut rod bushings. I have 4 washers with the shoulder, and I was thinking that these washers would go in the middle where the cam bolt goes, and no washers at the outer end at the shock mount. However I am sure the trailing arm should have washers. I have 4 larger washers without the shoulder, are these the ones that go to the trailing are? The documents have the rubber going where I thought, I just can't seem to figure out the washer and sleeve issue. I so confused.
Thanks for the help so far, I really appriciate it.

You should've had 8 total washers with the inner shoulder. The smaller ones are for the inner ends of the strut rods. The larger ones are for the trailing arms. The shoulder honestly doesn't matter that much. I pressed them into the sleeve the way the instructions said to, and they fell right off anyway. Once you get the arm mounted up, and put the shims in, they'll get smashed into place. Look at the 3rd picture. The dimensions of the TA washer is given. Get a caliper and check yours if you want to be sure which is which.

It's possible they started machining them without the shoulder. It really doesn't make a bit of difference when it's all put together.

edit: You know what's curious. Look at the master parts list. For the strut rod washers, part 15.03.99.39, they say "cap washers" but for the TA washers, part 15.03.103.39, they just say "washers". But their diagram for that washer clearly shows a shoulder, and I know mine had them. This would leave me to believe that they have indeed machined them both ways.

So 8 washers means that no washer goes on the outside of the strut rods at the shock mount then?
