leather like seat covers ?
I am about to replace seat covers on my 73 . it came with vinyl seat covers. I am thinking about changing it to leather seat cover or maybe leather like covers. anyone tried those and if they look like the originals or not ?

I put leather-like seat covers on my car. They look nice, fit perfectly, and have worn very well. However, they lack the feel and that great smell of leather. They are pretty inexpensive, but if I were you, I would pop for genuine leather or keep it original with the vinyl covers.

'Leather like' is just that, a different grain of Naugahyde or Vinyl...or whatever you want to call them...It`s still plastic. Leather is leather,.except some are thinner than others and noticeably heavier by weight....unfortunately they are not all the same as one would think...but 'caveat emptor'......
