'78 dash replacement!!!
Like many, the dash on my '78 has cracks and splits. Has anyone tried repairing them with success? How about replacing the dash. I know entire replacement units can be obtained for about $550 and about the same dollars for labor to install. Just too much for my wallet to handle. Some vendors offer a "dash cover" for about $150, anyone used them, how about the fit and finish etc.? Any tips? Thanks
