Hard to tell much without undercarrage pics. Looks pretty good from what they show. Color change from corvette bronze. Looks kinda pale to be Daytona yellow but may just be the pics. Interior was originally black vinyl. Of course side pipes not correct on a 70 if that matters to you. If that stuff donsn't matter it looks like a fun car pending inspection of under car.
I'm 600 miles away so I can't help there.
Price seems somewhat high for all the non-haves (non-original engine, non-original paint / color, non-4 speed trans., etc.) on this particular car.
Car looks nice condition, but due to in correct paint, engine, side pipes, etc. I think the price should reflect this. I wouldn't pay more than 17- 18 grand. Even if your not concerned about originality, if you decide to sell it down the road, that could be a factor in getting your money back.

The one shot that does show a bit of the underneath in the spare tire area looks a bit rusty....rusty enough to have a MUCH closer look around under there.
Price seems a bit stiff considering all of the things that are not original.
For that money, the soft top should be in like-new condition and it should have the optional hard top with it. The frame/birdcage should be rust-free or have been repaired correctly. $24K is top dollar...even for a convertible...with a base engine automatic car. It is in really nice condition; but it isn't completely stock. The differences are minor and can be corrected easily. In today's market, $20K is a more reasonable price. Make a lower priced offer and see how it goes.
Thanks all for your comments, they pretty near to what I thougt and asked the dealer.

There is no problem to put the side exhaust and luggage rack on the car after you buy a car. Just to narrow down your list a little
Talking of luggage racks. I know of a person that bought a 69 Corvette with the rack missing but the holes where still on the car.He ordered a luggage rack from Ecklers wich soon recived.
He sendt the car to paint and the painter phoned him and asked about the holes for the rack if he should do glass them up? But the owner liked the rack and since he had bought a new one from Ecklers he told the painter to let them be since he was going to put the rack back on he car.
After he got his car back from the paint shop he was going to install the luggage rack but it did not fit the holes at all
I cant understand why he did not try on the new rack before he had the car painted
So now he is driving around with some holes on the rear lid on his car.hehe.
The fact that they painted the under carriage black to hide the rust ought to make you ask, what else are they willing to fudge on. Too many NOMs for that car. always try to start out as close to factory as possible. NOM and paint on that car kill the resale value. Not to mention the pretty bad rust condition of the carriage.
