It was 61 degrees here in Pensacola, Florida today but I was busy working on replacing a window motor in my Mustang. Tomorrow 56 degrees with rain.

Yea man ! , It was 41 degrees here in Pittsburgh today. We could put our tops down, put our long johns on, our ear muffs, leather jackets ,and go cruisin between the two foot snow piles along the road.

well, I took my skis and went down through the woods and fields looking at deer signs. We're down to about 18 inches of heavy, wet, snow here. I did get some work done in the shop!

Things are looking up. My car is in storage in my back yard garage and has been snowed in so I can't do any work on it, but I cleared a path with my snow blower wide enough for the car to get it down to my main garage . It's 47 degrees here right now and it's melting the ice off of my driveway which is the only up hill part that I have to negotiate to get it into the main garage so I figure tonight the temperature will get down into the twenties and my yard will re-freeze enough to go through it early in the morning. My neighbors will love me though since I am in the process of putting new side pipes on it and it is still just coming out of the headers with no connector pipes yet. Been buying a lot of upgrades over the winter so now maybe I can get the work done before spring. Man it's been a long winter ! Thats probably why we appreciate our corvettes so much in the eastern part of the country when summer finally gets here. Correction : The temperature has just gone up to 49 degrees since I started to type this.

It's almost 60 degrees here but I still have snow blocking my car in and the driveway (gravel) is very muddy. I did go out and start it first time since December. It's been quite a winter here usally we don't have snow on the ground from Christmas thu Febuary but it has finally broke the mid 50's. Snow won't last long and spring will hopefully be here soon.

Cold and still snow everywhere, here in the great white north. My boys are still resting in their house, till spring comes. I am a little jealous of you guys with the longer seasons.

Yup, high 50's here today. No Vette time, as the starter is out being rebuilt. On top of that, there's still snow on my driveway and muddy tracks where the DD is driven. Hopefully the slightly warmer than last week weather upcoming this week will get rid of the last of the snow. I'm really hoping to get the Vette out next weekend for a long drive.

Well , I thought it would freeze last night so I could get the vette down through the yard to get some work done but it was 40 degrees and the yard was mud this morning. I guess it was just wishful thinking. After all it is still February.

Hey,

You should have rode over to Bessemer City, there was a really nice cruise in show over there. I drove down from Marion for a couple of hours. Weather was great and I had a good ride "out of the mountains".

I was in Denton, NC on Sat. I went with a friend of mine to pick up a frame for his '65 4-4-2. The temp. was in the upper 50's a perfect day to pick parts off some old cars. We didn't want to go home, but we would have some explaining to do to our wives. So alas we headed north back to winter.

I found out about the Bessemer City show on this site. I would guess about 100 cars.
