Looks like 1891 for the 'Instrument Panel Cluster'. Still had the book open after finding that same number for the glove box for another guy.
Round metal base with 2 prongs.
Center cluster says 192.

Do yourself a favor if you have to replace those bulbs...while you have the cluster out, replace every bulb there. They're likely all the same age and you don't need to pull the cluster any more than necessary.
