Hey Bats, In Eddie70’s thread “wow!! have you seen this yet?” You said, “I missed what this has to do with Corvettes” Would that same thing not apply here. Just busting your chops

If I'm reading it right, it is an add for a Corvette.
Alan - hate those dangling participles myself.
If the poster would have just used a period here and there it would seem more readable. BUT INSTEAD HE JUST SEEMS TO KEEP GOING ON ABOUT WHAT HE WANTS AND WHAT HE'S WILLING TO PAY FOR AND WILL PAY CASH FOR IT IF YOU CALL HIM BECAUSE NOBODY EVER RETURNS HIS CALLS SO CALL HIM AND HE'LL PAY CASH!

While we are bustin' chops and pointing out grammar, where in English is the use for 5 ellipses?

While at first this fellows ad gave me a laugh I know people like him and I feel badly that he will scare away lots of sellers with his attitude...my 86 was something he would have wanted but I wouldnt have called him he is way too nit picking tire kickin for me....I get the impression he wants 8K of C4 for 3K or less

Good one......I had a night club from 82-97 it was Alterative but booked all kinds of bands from Santana to 2 live crew and from that learned something about the word B*TCH,
In general only a only few select fellows call other fellows that, guys who use that term are generally,
Prisoners.
Thug, Ghetto, pimp types.
Homosexuals.
No special care was given to being grammatically correct
