Default Dear Bubba,

Dear Bubba,

How the hell do you mess up the threads for the rocker panels? I would really like to know exactly how you got this cross threaded bolt in all the way. And why, if I may ask, Did you JB weld the head of a screw to the rocker panel while leaving the snapped off flush screw in there for someone to find later?

Really, how friggen hard is it to take off/put on rocker panels??? How exactly do you screw that up?

Deer Bubba,

Why did you use zipties as muffler hangers on my 70' so that the first ride I took resulted in the exhaust falling off and damaging the fiberglass?

Dear Bubba you fool,

WHY
did you destroy the timeless classic beauty of my round taillights and rear panel by hacking them out an glassing in Ford Torino taillights?

Signed, Joes' 68 convertible.

BTW Kevin, the rocker panels in my 69 have gone through the same thing....sheetmetal screws with drywall anchors behind them

haha i was thinking the same thing when I found them.. "why didn't I see these before!" but for the price I paid and the condition of the frame, I would have bought the car if it had pvc pipe's for exhaust.

And how did you manage to punch 3 holes in the firewall, and a 3 inch square hole in the A/C box last time you pulled the engine? All the while somehow crushing both trans cooler lines flat closed?

Hey Bubba... since you're 'esplaining things to us, why did you fasten the line on the oil pressure gauge without including the ferrule?

I don't think Bubba himself has been near my car, but his brother-in-law put Patriot sidepipes on mine.

After opening my box of spare parts and trying to put it together, I think Bubba's nickname just might BE "Patriot"...

Time to go pull bubba's snapped off screw out so I can put my rocker panels back on

HEY! I like this idea...... Although having a few mates help you push the car on to its side makes the job heaps easier.

(not that I would ever do either to my baby though)

I think a "Deer Bubba" forum should be a Sticky. Then Bubba could 'splane what he was thinkin' when he or his cusins fixed 'n modded our cars, give advice for do'in more stuff, substutes for parts...ya know, stuff like that.

I'll second this comment. If you look closely you will notice that 30% of the ear on the spindle is missing also.

Everybody knows bend rod is stronger than a straight one! Verify this like this: Its very easy to bend straight one but try to unbend the bend one and youll find out its almost impossible!

BTW. you guys can combine your two bend rods and sell them in ebay as a set. Very rare collectible RPO BS1 - ballistic curve racing camber bars.
