ok ! Update.
The following was said was needed:
Idler:$113.40/ labor $144.50
Sway bar $19.16/ labor $59.50
Control Arm bushings(Lower) $23.85/labor $238.00
Labor -Adjust and repack bearings $70.00
Alignment $80.
so...there ya have it.$700 bucks of damage. What can I do myself?

To be honest, these prices look pretty low. I'd be concerned your being slightly baited, as shop labor rates may be a variable in this quote.
In the end, if you are not comfortable with doing any of this, then bring it in and write the check.

If you're a skilled mechanic, you can do all of it yourself. Everything listed is relatively straight forward, except for the LCA bushings which would require a bit more heavy equipment.

If you bent the lower a arm near the bushing..you'll get the old one out......but getting the assembly back together won't be easy...and may not happen at all.
