Years ago (early 80s) I worked for a place called Corvette City on Long Island doing window etching (remember that??)
They had a show car that made that look good. What wasn't pink was pearl white and it was so far over the top it was insane.
They had a life size Pink Panther that they sat in the driver's seat at the shows.
Even back then I thought it was gross.

I love it! That's the kind of pink I'm looking at painting the exterior of my Corvette. Now I wonder if I shouldn't do the interior that colour and paint the exterior silver - decisions, decisions...

Well, maybe if it's a chick's car, but I swear there are Corvettophiles out there who are predators just looking for a Corvette to molest. Now, having said that, I will have to make an admission. I had roses etched into the corner of the door windows on my long gone '58. Another time and another place I guess.
