Simple and the results are great! Down side, don't let the master bleed out Muddy

I am having trouble bleeding my brakes. I replaced all the brake lines, hoses and master cylinder (was one of those, while I am here things). Everything worked fine before but the hoses were looking scary. I used the vacuum bleeder from harbor freight, pump to 15-20 psi and open the valve until fluid starts and got all the air and bad fluid out. Started the car and no pedal. Tried it all again and the pedal is a little better but not enough to live with. Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong? The brakes were fine before I started. DAMN!

I use the gravity bleed method to change the brake fluid in the system. I used a water bottle, drilled a hole in the cap to fit a rubber hose, then attached the hose the brake bleeder screw. Then I just let it drip until I could see a change in the color and clean fluid coming out.

I keep the cover off the master cylinder so I can check the level to make sure it does not run out.

This takes a lot of time to do all 4 wheels, but it allows me to do other things on the vette while I am waiting for each wheel to finish.
