Default Carpet installation
im going to install carpet in my 75 corvette coupe. and i just wanted to see if anyone had any tips on installation.

Lay it out in the sun on a warm day. This will make it pliable and a lot easier to install.

When I did mine I sprayed the floor with rubberized under coating then put down a new foil insulation then carpeting. helped a lot with noise and heat.

yea its a race car so im not concerned about noise and heat. but yes i will lay it out in the sun before i do it. thanks

its gonna be a Street/Strip car in 2 years so just tryin to make the inside comfortable u know. its only an extra 20lbs and it makes the car look nicer
