white paper : sales agreement
pink paper : proof of registration (and yes they made a mistake in Brussels mistaken the S for a 5, so don't start flaming again) which you only receive after paying the tax (along with your license plate)
yellow paper : tax to be payed

proof of registration on the correct VIN number & orignal vin nr

amount due 73972 old belgian Franks divided by 40.34 = 1834 € = 2270$
