3 = 3rd month DMI = Donnelly Mirror Inc 3 = year (1963) Mar 1963 or in your case 1973

2 = 2nd month DMI = Donnelly Mirror Inc 3 = year (1963) Feb 1963/73

8 = 8th month DCA = Donnelly Corporation of America 3 = year (1963) Aug 1963/73

DCA is still Donnelly Mirror - but under different type of name - Donnelly Corporation of America.
