headlight adjustment

Default headlight adjustment
Im having a problem aiming the headlight. Two of the headlight the adjusting screw run out of travel. Ive disassembled everything and cleaned everything. The buckets are in the correct location. I replaced the hardware from a Corvette vender. Any ideas?

Wrong parts?

I used the AIM page instructions for setting mine.

Im starting to wonder if the parts arte the wrong ones myself, cant remember who i bought them from. Ill have to try and find another set, thought maybe I might have over looked something..

Which 2 screws ? If its up and down screws , are you sure the headlight assemblys are fully locked in the up position ?
