Ok,
The part that is in the steering column that is used to set the highbeams on when you pull back on directional arm. what is that part called.... I get no clicky or highbeams when trying to set heahbeams

The cruise control signal switch is in the end of the of the directional arm; however it does not change the headlights from low to high beam. When you pull on the directional arm there is a lever that connects to the "headlight dimmer switch" and changes the headlights form low to high beam and vise versa.
