Looks like it's a FL car. With exhaust that high, he doesn't have to worry about stalling when the roads flood, which happens every other month during storm season down there.

Those crazy pipes and giant front spoilers on the foreign cars sure are a turn on. Think back when you where young and had an open mind.
I see $$ at the local body shops, I see people at car shows, I see people trying something new, different, remember when you did that stuff.
Sure it looks weird to us, why do we have Vett hatch backs, station wagon vetts, wide bodys etc.
Yes the black one with the chrome truck exhaust does look pretty lame.
