Creaking noise!

Creaking noise!
Hey all, first post here! I have been pirating info from this site for years and thought it about time i joined..lol I need help diagnosing this noise coming from the rear of my 76'
Data:
drivers side rear
noise only occurs when driving for 10 or more miles
It mainly happens when coming to a stop or when accelerating from a stop.
when turning left it gets really loud (only left).
It sounds like the e-brake sticking? or the pads sticking?
I have inspected the caliper, rotor and e-stop after driving for a long time and didn't feel any excessive heat. I did notice a little brake fluid around one of the pistons (stainless from Muskegon) it seems the seal came out of its groove, so I persuaded back in place.
Any help/suggestions would be much appreciate.
