Would someone be kind enough to give me a brief on posting pictures with threads as this process is eluding me.

First open a Photobucket account...its free...just google it to find.

Follow the instructions to up load your photos to the account.

After you have your photos up loaded into the photobucket account, at the bottom of each photo is a menu....click the last one IMG. Go to EDIT on your browser screen and click COPY.

Minimize the the Photobucket screen....come over here to the CF open a thread and then return to EDIT and click PASTE.

You will not see the photo until you post the thread.

Give it a whirl....and PM me if you get lost along the way.

Stay in tune.....

Gregg,

The Preview button shows the photo and is a good check to see if the link is correct.

Cheers!

Roger that.....I didn't want to confuse the process any further. If, he gets that far, I'll be happy.

I use Photobucket as well. The Forum has a "Testing" area where you can try your luck.

I recently discovered that if you have a gmail account you can use the Documents feature to create a shared folder. Upload photos, whatever and it gives you urls. Just another option.

Most internet suppliers (Comcast, etc) give you storage space, or an FTP site. Upload files to it and get the pics on that way, can be done through homepage. Works for me.........................
