DIY. Unless you have significant sheet metal damage to them, 50 bucks for paint stripper, paint and a good brush...plus lots of 'elbow grease' will get the job done.
PO2's are not hard to restore, just take them apart and buff the stainless outer rim and touch up the paint with a air brush. They also have reproduction center caps. I have a set for sale.
69Fastfun,
What do you use to buff the stainless steel? I have a set of PO2's that could use some TLC. Yours look fantastic.
I use a bench buffer with a medium grit compound with a cotton polishing wheel and then a fine that is made for stainless steel, it doesn't take much effort to get a nice shine. I use a plastic polish for the emblems and do that by hand. The PO2's that are shown were made up from 3 sets that I had so there is no road rash at all on any of them. Hope this helps.

how much for the wheel covers? I'd love to have a set for my '74!
Two years ago at Carlisle I saw two sets of P02's for sale..one was a NOS set for $1800. The second set was a restored set for $800.
You have to do some hard thinking before parting with that kind of dollars. For a high dollar Corvette restoration that kind of money may be a pittance to complete the car, but outside of that, it's an expensive luxury...at least in my opinion.
I say that owning a '69 with P02's on it. I found an excellent set as spares on Ebay maybe five years ago for less than $100. I guess either I was simply lucky or the value of them didn't skyrocket yet.

Really appreciate you giving your opinion on value of a restored set of hubcaps when I'm trying to buy them...please let me know when and where to be the next time you're buying a car...just so I can tell the seller how much it's REALLY worth!
