I just happen to have a L88 hood that was prepared for a 71 and never installed. I bought it for my 69 five years ago but decided to use a long L88 and lose the wiper door, so it hangs on my wall like art work. It's white and has the air cleaner surround. I think it's time for this hood to see some road time.

I would recommend ACI. They're a forum supporting vendor and make a much better quality hood, especially when compared to Vanacors.

If your concidering buying a second hand hood, be aware that a 68-69 hood will have different female latches than your 71 and will require aditional modifications.

Late '69 is the same as the '70-'72
